Cincinnati based, The Gregory Morris Group combines fundamental elements of a traveling storyteller, jazz influenced dynamic percussion, bittersweet folk roots and east coast horn creating a bastion of invention that shanghais the senses into a hyper real environment rich with savory characters. One part jazz, one part folk, one part punk, one part rock, but it's really all about the songs. Bank robberies, pregnant pirates, time travelers, voodoo spells, allegory and plain old sex drugs and rock n roll conspire to reveal a world of simple feelings in exotic places.
