Hors de Contrôle are two Guys from anywhere making something between IDM, Mr Oizo and Chaos. In Interviews and descriptions like here is just their Manager (me: Thomas Torrance) speaking. Their live aperiences are very rare but great. They have also a similar Live Videoanimation Style.
