Luis Felipe Gonzalez was born in Caracas, Venezuela, on 31 December 1949. At the age of four (4) years started in the music world playing the "cuatro", a small type of Latin guitar. He's been performing for more than 45 years. In 1965 he began participating in recordings and television shows. The official music was salsa and cumbia. At that time was influenced by bands like Orlando Marin, Joe Cuba, Eddie Palmieri, Tito Rodriguez and especially for groups that produce music at that time in New York.
