Palinckx consists of five people who have joined forces in order to make music. Together they create the specific Palinckx sound. The group may be labelled as a rockband, an improvising quartet or a modern music ensemble ... it's all the same to them. During the more recent period of its twenty years existence Palinckx has increasingly focused on songs, although its roots in improvised and contemporary music have never been abandoned.
