Blackjackers are an avant-gard rock 'n roll band from Romania influenced by the music of Negură Bunget , Praf in Ochi , DJ Project and Tudor Gheorghe .
Formed by Juliçav Pruni (vocals), Oçi Vlani (bass guitar), Sanari Frasti (drums), and guitarrists Arberu Heloçi and Urnap Flomanje. Grani Rennoplax (the bands founder, singer, multi-instrumentalist and the "brain" behind the Jackers) left the band in 1986 to pursue a carreer in the yogurt business. Juliçav Pruni joined the band in 2009.
They are known for their live performances, which feature wildly transgressive acts, such as leg movements and jump.
