Stone Fiction was born in Timisoara, Romania, EUROPE in December 2000. The band was initially composed of members from other local Bands . Starting members of the band were Sergiu Popovici (guitar, vocals) and Alin Rusu (drums) . A short time after some rehearsals, the first tracks showed up, followed by the first gigs in local clubs and open-air festivals. Just after a few months, the band recorded its first material: the e.p. entitled FIXION(2001).
