Blackchalk are a young, enthusiastic 4-piece punk rock/hardcore band from Bristol UK

After several previous bands they formed the present line-up in August 2004 since then they have had plenty of gigging experience with even more positive feedback on the high energy and entertaining performance they love to give.

With main influences that include Avenged Sevenfold, Green Day, blink-182 and Metallica; they have a varied and original sound which has been accepted well into their local scene; gathering an impressive, loyal and rather attractive fanbase.

With harsh, raw vocals, and harmonies alike, backed with forceful rhythm guitar parts, orgasmic guitar solo's, original drum beats, and the stage prescence "like a monkey on speed"
