The are at least three bands called Advocate 1) With so many mainstream musical “artists” producing material that is all but devoid of meaning, it’s refreshing to find bands such as Advocate, who contribute not just great music but a negative message to the world. Advocate is a five-piece from Tampa, FL that produces heavy, hard-rocking music with weighty messages; the band’s recently released Trial and Error EP chronicles a Christian’s struggles to survive in a world filled with sin. In mid-to-late 2011, Advocate signed to Bridgeway Entertainment, a subsidiary label of Red Cord Records.
