CTO LAB. is formed of Okada Tōru (Moonriders), Polymoog (Elektel) and Imai Kentarō (The Aprils).
"CTO" stands for "Compact Techno Organization." The concept is to use small synthesizers and electronic instruments for making their music. These include the SX-150 (a mini-synthesizer included with magazine "otona no kagaku"), Korg DS-10 (a Nintendo DS software synth), Kaossilator, iPod Touch, a Nintendo Wiimote, etc. This first album was released from Okada Tōru's own label Valb.
