They rose to fame mostly through their appearances on the children's television programme Do Not Adjust Your Set (which eventually gained a cult following among adults as well).
The Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band are best remembered for the absurd humour in their music, accompanied by bizarre apparel and stage props.
