Zencast is a podcast originating from http://amberstar.libsyn.com/. Every Sunday, the site is updated with a new lecture on a certain aspect of Buddhism. Regulars on the podcast include Gil Fronsdal's lectures, as well as various Buddhist monks talk backs. The casts are approximately an hour long, and usually follow a pattern that starts with a song that the editors like that week, leading into a question and answer session with a crowd, discussion on a certain new topic, a five to ten minute meditation practice, and then things to think about for the following week.
