Boom Boom Satellites/ブンブンサテライツ are a Japanese electronic music duo consisting of Michiyuki Kawashima and Masayuki Nakano. Their music can be mostly described as heavy drum and bass which often features electric guitar, and the final product often has a strong rock or punk flavor. The duo joined forces in 1990, while attending university. The band name is from a Sigue Sigue Sputnik song. Their latest effort "ON" is due for release 7/05/2006.
