Live in Vienna grew out of Dzihan & Kamien’s desire to do something special for the release party for their last studio CD, Gran Riserva. With the help of the Austrian government, 22 people were gathered on stage at Porgy and Bess, one of the most famous jazz clubs in Vienna. Master musicians from Turkey to Miami formed a "dreamteam" to translate the dZihan & Kamien sound into an orchestral performance featuring the downtempo duo's signature blend of cool jazz, dance floor beats and Eastern strings.
