Hollowsteam manifested as the unique, atmospheric anthem between the collaborative minds of musician/artist, Optivion and writer, Meghan Killeen. Optivion's diverse and dynamic music compliments the meandering musings of Killeen's poetry. Optivion and Killeen stumbled upon each other in the unassuming landscape of San Francisco before finally releasing Hollowsteam, in the apropos eeriness of New England. In search of Halloween's haunted heart, Killeen and Optivion traversed the industrial labyrinths of the forgotten rusted belt and returned with their own sonic version of a halloween album.
