Al DeLoner

Al DeLoner (born Atle Byström) is a former member of Norwegian alternative country band Midnight Choir. Since the band split in 2004, DeLoner has released four solo albums, "The Mess Age is Joy" (2005), "Flora in the Darkroom" (2006), "Volume 3" (2007) and "Mountains On The Moon" (2008) to great critical acclaim.

Al DeLoner was also the creative force behind the now disbanded Norwegian band Midnight Choir, as well as being an international session musician. DeLoner´s session work can be found on records by: The Walkabouts, Chris Eckman, Terry Lee Hale, Ainara LeGardon, Lipnicka/Porter, Adam Sky (aka. Adamski), Nikki Sudden, and The World Domination.

Together with Chris Eckman (The Walkabouts founder and Midnight Choir producer), he also forms the project Höst.
