Mike Quackenbush and a rotating co-host (usually Wiggly or Chiz of Trap Door) bring the world a weekly slice of CHIKARA, the independent wrestling promotion composed of American luchadores and assorted ninjas. Recorded live in an elevator, and sometimes other places around Pennsylvania, the show features clips from past live events and mundane chatter about other stuff.
