Watusi
WATUSI is the premier reggae/worldbeat group on World Beatnik Records since 1983, Texas legends of reggae and one of the first "Worldbeat" groups to use the term and forge the genre.
Based in Dallas and founded by Jimi Watusi from Oklahoma by inspiration from personal meeting/mentoring of the late great Wailer, Peter Tosh .
Watusi has performed from Hawaii to Costa Rica, Jamaica, Cancun, and soon will tour all of South America in support of new CD release, "JAM" .
