The Blast Rocks!!! were a junkyard rock band in the San Francisco Bay Area in the early 2000s. Heather Anderson, Nick Campbell, and Sandra Yang played live shows with a turned-over garbage can drum kit, a Happy Fuzzy Texas guitar, and a Casio keyboard rescued from a Dumpster. They put together fun songs with a punk rock sound and a quirky set of topics, from robot heartbreak to zombie boyfriends.
