The brainchild of Bob Sadler and Jim Baron - who also involved in Crazy P(enis). Bob Sadler was previously in Fug, who released album "Ready For Us" on the now defunct Nuphonic label. Involved in the running of the Bocajito Records label, home of Yap Zeeland and Secret Stealth.
