Bišu Gani is a folk group from Latvia, founded in 2004 by Solvita Lodiņa-Šķēle who is credited for composing the music as well as crafting many of the instruments.
Their first album, "Dzīvie Dūmi", was released in 2005. It consists of songs that examine the cycle of life, with Latvian dainas and traditional melodies that form the basis of the compositions, accompanied by spoken word and non-traditional instruments.
