Formed in Columbus, Ohio (though none of the members are from Columbus, Ohio), The Ruckmoors originally consisted of Admiral Ruckmoor (bass), Tom Parks (inaudible guitar), The Ruckwood (louder guitar), Rodley Ruckmoor (Jimmy's drums), and Terence O'Ruckmoor (vocals). Terence formed the band to play Whitesnake's 'Here I Go Again.' Unable to play that song, the band wrote their own nonsense. One year after forming, Tom Parks left the band to pursue a girl, which worked for him. The Ruckmoors took their name from the alchy bar across the street from where they lived.
