**ALL SONGS ARE AVAILABLE AS FREE DOWNLOADS - SPREAD THE LOVE** The Bastard Child is the solo work of Marry Another bass player Carl Chapman. The songs created by The Bastard Child have a diverse and wide ranging set of styles and influences. The first tbc recordings were laid down on a Mini Disc whilst still at home. Some of these Mini Discs still exist and the first album was, for the most part, work from that time. Looping things from Mini Disc, aN 8 track Cassette machine and a digital 8 track. All parts in those songs were done in one take. A very raw recording.
