Fresno State is home to one of the greatest marching band programs on the west coast. Under the direction of Gary P. Gilroy, Director of Bands, and Timothy T. Anderson, Director of Athletic Bands, the Bulldog Pride has grown to new heights.

Besides games, the Bulldog Marching Band hosts high school marching band events such as the Sierra Cup Classic and Fresno State Band Day. The band performs in exhibition at many high school band competitions and is featured at numerous public events in the Fresno area.
