JCarter (born Joseph E. Carter III) is a singer/songwriter from Los Angeles, CA. He is currently working on his 2012 Mixtape/Album entitled 'JCarter Vs. Young J. III,' which is a fusion of R&B and Hip-Hop with a touch of Soul. 'JCarter Vs. Young J. III' is a very personal compilation of songs, and reflects the artist's life as he deals with love and loss. Producers he's worked with include Chris N Teeb, The Producerz, Anthony Harrell (Of Brutha), and Kevin "K-Mac" McCall (Just to name s few).
