Rooted in classic rock and drawing on influences such as the Beatles, Matchbox Twenty, Led Zeppelin, Tower of Power and Metallica, Crossing 13th have created a distinctive sound that combines the hard drive of rock, the slick groove of funk and the energy of pop.

Blaine Vogt (rhythm guitar/vocals), Andy Mikkelson (lead guitar), Tim Sieroslawski (drums/percussion) and Jarred Venti (bass) have been playing together for two years. In that time they have won the Salem, OR battle of the bands and have been dubbed "the hottest band in the Willamette Valley." They have been promoting their independently produced album Superstar/Circus Clown by playing venues throughout Oregon, including the Hawthorne Theater and a sold out showcase performance in Loucks Auditorium.
