Bonnie Somerville
Bonnie Somerville (born February 24, 1974 in Brooklyn, New York, United States) is an actress who has had roles in a number of movies and television series, most notably NYPD Blue, Grosse Pointe, and The O.C..
On The O.C. she played Rachel Hoffman, a colleague of Sandy's, in Season 1.
She also starred on the popular sitcom Friends as Mona, dating Ross in Season 8.
