Heavy Like Moses is a two-piece Indie band from Bradford, ON (Canada). Heavy Like Moses is made up of Matt Palma (Guitar/Vocals/Misc) and Max Anning (Drums/Misc). They have been playing together since March of 2008, and on August 20th, put out an album called "The Basement Tapes" which was a compilation of Matt's favourite tracks from the recordings they made in July of 2008. Heavy Like Moses has a pretty unique sound, when asked who they sound like, Matt and Max can't think of anyone.
