Jacques Douai, de son vrai nom Gaston Tanchon, est un chanteur français né le 11 décembre 1920 à Douai et mort le 7 août 2004 à Paris 15e). Il était surnommé « le troubadour des temps modernes », du fait d'avoir repris beaucoup de chansons médiévales et du folklore français ancien.
