The 12th Experiment is music made from some guy in New Jersey's basement. He sometimes sings but rarely. He mostly uses his keyboard to make his strange noises. Anyways, this all started when he was cleaning his ITunes and noticed all the music he made over the past year. He decided to narrow it down to his best stuff and just release it on Last.fm and that's about it really.
