武川アイ (Ai Takekawa) is a Japanese Singer-songwriter born in September 4th 1988 in Tokyo. She also plays the piano and guitar. She currently attends the Waseda University. Ai Takekawa’s songs are driven by her emotions in the way a painter may work. She is also known to work with speed and spontaneity. She recorded her first song when she was 16 and has written well over 60 songs. She writes many of her songs for her friends and lovers but at times her songs are born out of thoughtful reflections about herself.
