"I'm filling a request for a live Tortoise show.
I actually attended this show and it was probably one of my favorite Tortoise shows i've had the opportunity to attend. Scientist, a legendary reggae producer/engineer, mixed the show. He literally climbed into the guts of the club (much to the chagrin of the owners) and rewired its sound system. While it wasnt a very dubby affair (minus the occasional echo here and there) it was a well mixed, well sounding show.
