Dioxide
There are more than one bands with this name: 1) DIOXIDE - Formed in 1995 by Brian Scheuerle (ontol, PvR, Love to Hate) and Hugh Helms (ontol, aoVI, LMAO, A B D I) as a vehicle for their less ambient compositions.
The duo released "Strange Pipe" (1995), "The Lillian Mixes" (1996), "Status Report" (1997), "9Lives" (1999), and "Never Coming Back Again" (2000).
Scheuerle and Helms have a standing plan to return to the studio sometime in the future, but no date has been set.
