A Ghost Like Me is an instrumental space rock band from Asheville, North Carolina that includes former members of Crystal Kind, Stankface, Blue Stone and current members of The Dark Shave and The Hermit Kings. The roots of AGLM started off in 2007 as a recording project in Oakland CA called FLitCH. Now with its home in Asheville, A Ghost Like Me has quickly transformed from recording project to live band. The band weaves in elements of rock, funk, dub and live trance into something very new and unique. The debut full length album "The New Paradigm" was released independently in May 2011. AGLM has been recently been compared to artists such as: Ozric Tentacles, Gong, Critters Buggin, A Perfect Circle, Mogwai, Pink Floyd, Explosions In the Sky, The Mars Volta, old STS9, etc.."swirled all into one thing.."
