Jim Post first came to prominence in and around the early 1970's with his album on Fantasy Records called Jim Post ' Colorado Exile'. produced by Jim Post and Ed Bogas. The album contains inspired song come verse, recalling the the wonder of the wilderness and the glory of the mountains and woods of Colorado. The album also contains tracks like ' Look Over Yonder ', ..... tell me what you see.
I see a young man hanging from a tree.
I see a poor boy dying to be free,....... and so on. A reference to the days of the white racism and slavery of the Southern States of America.
