There are a few groups with this name. Trigger Happy is also the commonly abbreviated name of Canadian punk band The Almighty Trigger Happy. The Australian duo Trigger Happy is the collaborative work of Alon Ilsar (Foley, Darth Vegas, Gauche and more) and G.L. Seiler (Comatone). One of the most interesting aspects of trigger happy is Alon's live drumming and the self made instrument - the MARU, manipulating sounds and effects by moving MIDI sensors attached to a baseball hat, the subject of which is currently undergoing an overhaul to make a more involved full body triggering device.
