Mark Thirteen
Mark Thirteen is inspired by and oriented toward post-rock, but also includes ambient elements and historical references while creating brooding, yet dynamic soundscapes where rock structures grind seamlessly atop layers of droning, ambient keyboards. Mark Thirteen is the solo project of Marc Byers from Austin, TX. Influenced by recent explorations into the Post Rock/Instrumental/Ambient genres, Mark Thirteen grew into a full project in January 2012.
