1996 Lyrics

Light a candle for the sinners set the world on fireAnti choice, anti girl I am anti-flag unfurled
Anti white and anti man I got the anti future plan
Anti fascist anti mod I am the anti music God
Anti sober anti whore, never will be enough of anti lawI can't believe in nothings, that don't believe in me
Now it's your turn to see what I hate about meAnti people now you've gone too far
Here's your Antichrist superstarAnti money, anti hate, anti things I fucked and ate
Anti cop and anti fun here is my anti president gun
Anti Satan, anti black the anti world is on my back
Anti gay and anti dope I am the faggot anti popeI can't believe in nothings, that don't believe in me
Now it's your turn to see what I hate about meAnti people now you've gone too far
Here's your Antichrist superstar
Anti people now you've gone too far
Here's your Antichrist superstarThis is where your faith is
Not they, not they say, not they, not they say
Not they, not they say, not they, not they sayAnti peace, anti life, anti husband, anti wife
Anti song and anti me I don't deserve a chance to beAnti people now you've gone too far
Here's your, anti, Antichrist superstar
Anti people now you've gone too far

Here's your, anti, Antichrist superstar

Ponoka is a small farming community in Alberta, Canada, where the largest six-day rodeo of the country is held every year during the first week of July. Not too much goes on for the rest of the year. Ponoka is also the place where singer/songwriter Rick de Gier grew up, and now, seventeen years after moving back to his native Holland, the name by which he debuts on the Dutch label Volkoren, with the appropriately titled album ‘Hindsight’.
