5000 Days Lyrics

I've thought of you for 5000 days
That's a long time, that's a big wave
I look in your eyes in search of the truth
There's some kind of heaven, maybe some proof
My link to the unknown, my connection
My hope, my hope, this isn't temporary
Did we have a clue when we started this
How far we'd get from just a kiss?
Oh, I have to trust so I don't lose my mind
The world we have built, we'll be leaving behind
My link to the unknown, my connection
My hope, my hope, this isn't temporary
So many vibrations weaving through my soul
Can't be my imagination
Did we have a clue when we started this
How far we'd get from just a kiss?
My hope, my hope, my hope, my hope

My hope, my hope, this isn't temporary
