A Button On Your Blouse Lyrics

you watch me close like a prisoner
only feed me bread and water
cause i've got one last chance to hold you
have you seen me in my prison clothes
have you seen me in my
why don't you just come around
undo another button on your blouse
these days you know I rarely leave the house
and i hate the thought of you
yeah i hate the thought of you
missing out
and there's barely a crease on my pillow
cause in the (?) I sleep so shallow
last chance (?) from the voice
this is the last time i swear to never again never again
well at least until tomorrow
why don't you just come around
undo another button on your blouse

these days you know I rarely leave the house
and i hate the thought of you
yeah i hate the thought of you
missing out (x2)

Enjoy the lyrics !!!

Hometown: New York. Band lineup: Matt Hitt (vocals, guitar), Jack Ridley III (guitar), Erik Lee Snyder (bass), and Joe Brodie (drums). We can't tell yet if Drowners are a typical New York band or a typical London one. They're said by some to be part of the ongoing Britpop renaissance (Blur and Pulp reforming, new bands like Blackeye forming), but really they have more in common with the early-noughties CBGBs revival.
