John Edwin Shaver (1962 - 2000)
Late son of Texas country outlaw Billy Joe Shaver. Extremely talented guitarist and songwriter. Beside playing with Dwight Yoakam or his father Billy Joe Shaver (Tramp On Your Street, Unshaven, Earth Rolls On and other albums), he recorded his own rock album "Baptism of Fire" (1995). Before his death, he was preparing a brand new stuff (which is said to be much better than his first solo album).
