A Rising Tide [ending theme] - 沖野俊太郎

Shuntaro Okino (沖野俊太郎) is a Japanese musician whose style tends to be trance / techno. He is famous for performing an opening theme and several insert songs in the "Last Exile" anime. He is also the leader and singer of the band Venus Peter.
