Agent Zero Lyrics

Another morning late in bed
Staring at the ceiling
Thinking of you
Another song went in my head
Where did I go wrong?
Thinking of you
I will try to carry on
I'll sing another love song
I'm no superhero
I'm no Mister Bond
I'm your Agent Zero
I'm just myself
My love is blind
I'll wait until the end of time

Walking tall or standing still
Doesn't really matter,
When you're not here
Supposed to write the word fulfill
But hard to imagine
When you're not here
I will try another song
Not more than three minutes long
And I said
I'm no superhero
No, I'm no Mister Bond
I'm your Agent Zero
I'm just myself
My love is blind
I'll wait until the end of time
I'd break the barriers just to see
How our love would set us free
Imagine how life could be
I'll write a bridge with chords so strong
Take us where we both belong
Refrain of make-believe
I'm no superhero
I'm no Mister Bond
No, I'm your Agent Zero
I'm just myself
I'm no superhero
I'm no Mister Bond
I'm your Agent Zero
I'm just myself
My love is blind
I'll wait until the end of time
I'll wait until the end of time
I'll wait until the end of time

Acetate Zero formed in Paris, France in 1996. In the early stages of the band, they mimicked the sounds of a meeting with Disco Inferno and Dead C. Over thelast ten years, they have subtly yet expanded on, minimized, and perfected their gorgeous timbre. Surely you will hear elements of Bedhead, Mogwai, and other such name-droppings. But they also incorporate electronic elements, loops and skittering additives, much like mid-to-late period Hood, perhaps. However, theirs is a sound that is all their own - one for late nights and grey skies and mournful beauty.
