Zydeco Joe Mouton 1943-2007 - was known for his imrovised lyric poetry in the Creole-French Language. His most famous Song und and Title of the CD „Jack Rabbit“ speaks of the alive feelings of the Country people of Louisiana and in Jack Rabbit of a very young boy, who could run very very fast..... Therefore he became the Nickname" Jack the Rabbit". All Songs of the Album are written by himself - with the Exception of Clifton Cheniers classic Song „Mon Kishon Pu Twa - I am a hog for you“.
