Alt. Wave Lyrics

I don't know what she put into my glass
but sure makes me feel
yeah it sure makes me feel
standing in a field of green and yellow
spinning like a wheel from the moment we said "hello"as soon the day burns away
and the dead hours form
with an evil storm
and the light escapes againfall down sing out
fall out come down
fall out sing outI can't say what it is you've got me drinking
but I can say what it is you've got me thinkinggotta go yeah I'm leaving you at last
but it sure has been real
yeah I know how you feel
standing in the street screaming at you
cursed on the day that I ever even met you at all.follow me now fall on me now slower nowfall out sing out
fall out come down
fall out sing outI can't say what it is you've got me drinking
but I can't say what it is you've got thinkingI don't know what you put into my glass

but it sure makes me feel

Enjoy the lyrics !!!
Codeseven was formed in 1995 as a melodic hardcore band in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Their first release, A Sense of Coalition gained popularity on college radio stations for an intense cover of Don Henley's "The Boys of Summer" (not to be confused with the Ataris' cover of the same song that became a mainstream radio hit years later). With subsequent releases Division of Labor and The Rescue, the band continually became less aggressive and more melodic, eventually abandoning their hardcore roots in favor of progressive, experimental space rock, much as Cave In had done. Their final album, Dancing Echoes/Dead Sounds was released in 2004 on Equal Vision. In 2005, the band broke up in order to pursue different opportunities. 2010-2011 saw their reformation for a few reunion shows, but the band has no plans to get back together permanently. Members have gone on to join bands such as Echo Crush and Motorist. Read more on Last.fm. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
