Always Lyrics

When she said I'd love you like no other
And she said our love would last forever
I was young and didn't understand then
What it was could beat inside of me
And she believed in ever after
In a world where all your dreams come true
And if I had a chance I'd tell her a thousand times a day
That I still need you I can hear you
Chorus:
Say you'll always love me
And be the one to understand
Take my life and never leave me
And just remember that I'm always near you - always there
We used to live and laugh about tomorrow
Running out of precious time we borrow
And there was you and love was all you wanted
In your heart you'll find where we belong

And she was always there beside me
Reaching out and holding me tonight
If I had a chance I'd tell her a thousand times a day
That I still need you I can hear you
Chorus
After love has come and gone
You wonder what remains
And you will you have the strength to let
Your feelings show again
It's never easy but I tell you
A thousand times a day
That I still need you I can hear you
Chorus(
