Originally hailing from Adelaide, Charles Jenkins has matured into one of Australia's best loved songsmiths. Following on from his early days in Adelaide band the Mad Turks From Istanbul, Charles made his mark on mainstream radio with The Icecream Hands, crafting powerpop gems with the timelessness of Big Star or The Flamin' Groovies.
Charles has released three solo albums, Bungalow, City Gates, and his latest masterpiece, Blue Atlas. He continues to perform and record in Melbourne.
