Bang Down the Door Lyrics

(Daddy)
Yeah, yeah
There at the window, you're standing in the dark
Come turn on the light
You know I'm out here scratching like a dog
Prowling in the night, yeah
You know I'm waiting
You know what for
If you keep me waiting babe
I won't just be knocking anymore
I'm gonna bang down the door to your love
Love to make it easy but you make me play rough
Bang down the door to your love
Why do you want to make me want to
Bang down the door to your love
The door to your love

Out in the shadows
Locked out in the cool
Should turn and walk away
My instincts tell me. ooh I can feel it
That you want me to stay
You hear me calling and you know why
You think you'll stop me but
No matter how hard you try
I'm gonna bang down the door to your love
Love to make it easy but you make me play rough
Bang down the door to your love
Why do you want to make me want to
Bang down the door to your love
What kind of trick are you playing on me
Don't push me further in my fantasy
I'm gonna lose my self control
You've got to give me more
Or I'll bang down the door
To your love
(Bang, bang, bang, bang)
Bang down the door, yeah
(Bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang)
Bang down the door to your love
Love to make it easy but you make me play rough
Bang down the door to your love
Why do you want to make me want to
Bang down the door
Bang down the door to your love
Bang down the door
Bang down the door to your love

Bonfire (originally Cacumen) is a German hard rock band, founded in Ingolstadt, Germany in 1972. --- Cacumen (1972-1986) In 1972 in the West German town of Ingolstadt a teenage guitarist, Hans Ziller, put together a rock band called Cacumen with his brother Karl, who also played guitar, and gathered a group of friends to complete the band. The name of the group was from a school test Hans had taken; it translates from Latin to mean "the top of a mountain". For the next six years the band played at local small venues but had a fan base in their home town.
