John Nichols is a bass-player from Superior, Wisconsin USA and founding member of Low in 1993 lead by singer / guitarist Alan Sparhawk and drummer / vocalist / percussionist Mimi Parker. Before that he played in Lorenzo's Tractor. After one album / tour with Low he was replaced by fellow bassist Zak Sally.
