Beach View Lyrics

The sun it blisters time into gold
Echoes of life seem jaded now
The summer times come into bloom
Today it shares no space with youFalling (talking in background)
Try my view (talking in background)
falling (...suffocate, nightmares come to haunt me)
As I face the sun no shadow waits
Fragments of all crash down
Steal the chains of destiny
I'll abuse it just the same
I'd throw it all away
I'd throw it all away
I'd throw it all away
For just one day with youFalling (talking in background)
Try my view (talking in background)
falling (...suffocate, nightmares come to haunt me)
The sand, the sea, the surf, the times with you
Calls back the old beach view

As time holds back for good
No one's misunderstood
I'd throw it all away
I'd throw it all away
I'd throw it all away
For just one day with you

Superheist is an Australian nu metal band, formed in 1993 in Melbourne by guitarist DW Norton. An early line-up featuring Norton, Rod McLeod (vocals), Anthony Donath (bass) and Sean Pentecost (drums) started out playing grindcore along similar lines to Napalm Death but by 1996 Superheist was established as one of Australia's first successful nu-metal bands. The band's two full length albums, The Prize Recruit (2001) and Identical Remote Controlled Reactions (2002) charted in the Top 20 on the Australian Albums Charts.
