Beat to Death Like a Dog Lyrics

I've been tramped baby, I've been slammed around
And around
I've been fed baby, been misled been
let down
Working hard for so long girl you wouldn't believe
Sweat in my eyes, sting like a bitch
Choking on your disease
I'm a shell shocked mongrel, battle fatigue
First you blister, then you bleed
Beat to Death like a Dog
Beat to Death like a Dog
Beat to Death like a Dog
Beat to Death like a Dog
I've been shamed baby, I've been tamed into
Submission
I've been chained baby, I've been lamed in this
Condition
Guitar player broken hands, crushed in two

Welts on my back, my eyes are black
But my bulge is true
Too hungry to eat, too thirsty too drink
Too tired to sleep, too stupid to think
Beat to Death like a Dog
Beat to Death like a Dog
Beat to Death like a Dog
Beat to Death like a Dog
Time to light a fire
Time to take it higher and higher
I've been shamed baby, I've been tamed
I've been chained baby, I've been lamed
Welts on my back, my eyes are black
My balls are blue, what's it to you
You say that you'll be mine tonight
But little darling's gonna have to put up a fight
Too hungry to eat, too thirsty too drink
Too tired to sleep, too stupid to think
Beat to Death... Beat to death like a dog
Beat to Death like a Dog
Beat to Death like a Dog
Beat to Death like a Dog
Beat to Death like a Dog
Beat to Death like a Dog
Beat to Death like a Dog
Beat to Death like a Dog
I've been chained and beaten
I've been kicked in the head
I've been taken for granted
Left in the gutter, thought I was dead
Beat to Death like a Dog
Beat to Death like a Dog
Beat to Death like a Dog
Beat to Death like a Dog

In the summer of 1989, three best friends, vocalist/guitarist Georg Dolivo, bassist Reeve Downes and guitarist Greg Fields met a drummer, Liam Jason, for the first time in a small rehearsal studio north of Los Angeles, California. They were soon to be one of the most popular bands to come out of the then exploding LA hard rock scene. Rhino Bucket featured no frills, “put it on 11” style deliberately reminiscent of bands such as Bon Scott-era AC/DC that quickly made them head-banging favorites.
